Our founder, passionate about wellness and the world of luxury, wanted to create a place that was different from traditional salons. An elegant, refined space where every treatment becomes a true experience.
But this adventure is also deeply personal. Originally from Thailand, her mother has been a massage therapist for over 10 years and already ran a salon in Bangkok. It was only natural that she brought her mother—and her sister—to form a trusted team, rooted in the authenticity of family expertise.
At Grand Royal, tradition meets modernity. Here you will find the heritage of authentic Thai massage, performed by experienced practitioners, in a contemporary atmosphere designed for comfort and escape.

We offer a wide range of wellness treatments: traditional Thai massages (with stretching), hot oil or candle massages, hot stone treatments, foot reflexology, prenatal massage, compress treatments, and head massages.
All our treatments are performed by experienced practitioners trained in Thailand.

Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
Booking is your ticket to peace of mind! You avoid waiting (our practitioners are in high demand) and you choose the time that suits you best.
You can, of course, book for the same day.
What should I bring for my massage session?
You don't need to bring anything; we take care of everything. We provide clothing and towels.
Just remember to arrive a few minutes early.
How long does a massage last?
The duration of your massage depends on the package you choose! We offer sessions ranging from 30 minutes (ideal for a quick break) to 2 hours (for complete relaxation). Each service is detailed on our “services” page, along with its specific features and benefits. Feel free to check it out to find the perfect fit for your needs and schedule!
Can I give a massage as a gift?
Absolutely! Giving a massage is the ultimate wellness gift. We offer gift cards on Planity or directly at the salon, which can be customized with the amount or service of your choice. The recipient can then book the massage they want, according to their availability.
Do you offer massages for pregnant women?
Yes, we offer massages specially adapted for pregnant women. Our practitioners are trained in gentle and safe techniques for this unique time.
We use comfortable positions and biocompatible oils. As a precaution, please let us know if you are pregnant when booking so that we can tailor the treatment to your needs.
Is it possible to come as a couple for a duo massage?
Enjoy the experience as a couple in our duo space! Synchronized massages, a subdued atmosphere, and a tea/fruit ritual to share. Perfect for couples, friends, or even for a relaxing moment with the family.
